LifeGel for 3D cell culture consists of multi-well plates pre-coated with LifeGel, available with either cell culture medium (RPMI, DMEM-HG, DMEM-LG, DMEM/F-12, alpha-MEM, custom) or in PBS. Step 1

You send us a PDX tissue.

Step 2

In our lab: We will carry out an mechanical disruption and enzymatic tissue digestion to get single cells. We will culture your PDX on selected LifeGel hydrogels and standard or individually developed culture medium.

Step 3

You will get the results of our work: description of microscopic observations with photos, data about cell viability, individually prepared PDX culture protocols with suggestions about the best hydrogel. We can carry out other specific assays at your request (e.g. staining, drug sensitivity testing).
