This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, share, protect, retain, and delete information when you visit our website, use our mobile application or software tools, create or use a NAMina account, participate in a program or collaboration, or otherwise interact with NAMina Bio.

NAMina Program Builder™ produces preliminary program architectures intended to support further scientific evaluation. Information submitted through production Workspace or review functionality may be associated with the user’s account.

d. Demo Mode

NAMina may provide a demonstration version of Program Builder™ or other software functionality.

Where a feature is expressly identified as Demo Mode, program selections may be configured so that they are not saved to NAMina Workspace, submitted for scientific review, or stored as production program records.

Illustrative scientific configurations, quantitative scenarios, or animal-use comparisons presented in Demo Mode are examples only and should not be interpreted as validated project outcomes, regulatory determinations, or guarantees of animal-study replacement or reduction.

e. Business and Scientific Information

We may receive information during:

Exploratory discussions
Scientific consultations
Pilot programs
Collaborations
Partnership discussions
Client engagements
Vendor or service-provider relationships

Confidential scientific, project, client, or proprietary information may also be governed by separate agreements, including Non-Disclosure Agreements, Data Use Agreements, Statements of Work, collaboration agreements, or other applicable contractual terms.

NAMina does not use a user’s confidential scientific or client information outside the purposes permitted by the applicable engagement or agreement.

3. Animal-Use Impact Assessment

NAMina software may include functionality that allows users to compare a conventional animal-use plan with a user-defined NAM-informed scenario.

Quantitative outputs are based on information and assumptions entered or selected by the user.

These assessments are intended for scientific planning and informational purposes and do not independently establish regulatory acceptability, scientific validity, or approval for the reduction or replacement of an animal study.

Any proposed reduction or replacement remains subject to scientific justification, validation requirements, the intended context of use, applicable regulations, and appropriate expert review.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

NAMina Bio does not sell personal data.

We may share or make information available only where reasonably necessary, including:

With technology, infrastructure, hosting, analytics, communications, or other service providers that help us operate our website and software

Our website and certain software functionality currently use Wix infrastructure. Other infrastructure, analytics, hosting, communication, cloud, or scientific technology providers may also be used as NAMina’s platform develops.

We seek to work with providers that maintain appropriate privacy, security, and contractual protections.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

For scientific, client, and collaboration-related information, NAMina Bio follows a confidentiality-first approach. Appropriate contractual protections, including NDAs, Data Use Agreements, collaboration agreements, or Statements of Work, may govern sensitive information exchanges.

No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Accordingly, while we take reasonable measures to protect information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:

Provide the relevant service or functionality
Maintain an active user account or Workspace

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the reason it was collected.

Users may request deletion of their NAMina account and associated personal data.

Where account-deletion functionality is available within the NAMina application or Workspace, users may initiate a deletion request directly through that functionality.

When an account-deletion request is completed, NAMina will delete personal data associated with the account except for information that must be retained for legitimate reasons such as:

Scientific or business records that we are legally or contractually required to maintain
